RETURN POLICY
Here at Julia & Liv we stand behind the products we sell and want you to enjoy your shopping experience and your items.  If any item you receive is damaged or defective please notify us right away at support@julesandliv.com and someone will get back to you within 1 business day with instructions.
We do not offer refunds to your original form of payment, we only offer store credit for returns, which never expire.
HOW TO RETURN
Email us at support@julesandliv.com with your order number, and the item number you would like to return and reason for return.  Someone will contact you within 1 business day with an RA number and shipping label to return the merchandise at no charge to you.  Then include the merchandise you are returning, along with copy of original order and RA number that was provided to you.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of shipping date only if still in original, unworn, clean, tagged condition.  Original shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded or included in the store credit.
Please allow 4-7 days for your return to be processed and store credit issued.
